The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of subscription. SaleCast reserves the right to modify its rates, subject to notifying users within a reasonable timeframe. Payments are made according to the terms defined at the time of subscription.

8. Termination

The user can terminate their account at any time from the settings of their personal space. SaleCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to any damages.

9. Modifications of the Terms of Use

SaleCast reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
